What is the reason behind Someone’s Smile?
Joy in the Heart!
So, What Happens when I smile in the absence of Joy from my Heart?
The Reverse also holds its ground. Happiness will find its way to my heart when I smile. When you smile there are multiple things happening inside the brain. The feel-good neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins are released when we smile naturally or forcefully.
This release of chemicals relaxes the body, lowers blood pressure & heart rate, and moreover it gives other people to mimic this smile & feel-good thing. So, whenever your mood is beneath the floor, you have no single reason to cheer, Just Smile! your Brain will give you multiple reasons to be joyful.
According to the Facial feedback hypothesis proven by social psychologist Fritz Strack in 1988, you are capable of forging your way out of misery to joy with a single and simple Smile.
A smile can also boost your Immune System, thanks to those feel-good neurotransmitters that make us more relaxed that reduces the body’s stress response that indirectly benefits the heart and our health.
