Our efforts are motivated by one or another thing. Some to earn a decent lifestyle and some are motivated by making an impact. But deep down, we all want to change something in the world to make a difference. But it takes patience & perseverance to do something remarkable.

There are many ways with which you can take on the challenges and make an impact on your life and that of others. Some choose the well-trodden path that is cozy-comfy while some choose the untrodden path full of surprises.

Outcomes are bound to happen when one puts consistent effort with everlasting zeal but the hard part is to sustain that outcome. It takes discipline and a strong will to sustain it over a period of time.

To make an impactful and everlasting change that you want to see in the world, one must start with oneself. As Gandhibapu said:

You must be the change you wish to see in the world.

If you want to be respected, start respecting others.

If you don’t like being honked, stop honking unnecessarily.

If you don’t like being snubbed, stop demeaning others.

Changes are hard but so is climbing mountains or journey of thousand miles and that never deterred any mountaineer or a traveler.

Height or Distance never scared them off because they knew that however high or far the destination is, the journey begins with a single step. They begin with a single step and then add on further.

Begin the Process. The change will be around the corner. If not this and it might be around that other corner.

Courage and Wisdom help to move forward in that journey. Many confuse Knowlege with wisdom. You can accumulate Knowledge by reading, watching or listening but Wisdom is nurtured via experience.

The majority of us confuse Knowledge with Wisdom. Knowing is one thing & Wisdom is one thing. By acquiring knowledge, one doesn’t become wise.

Confucius beautifully outlines

To know what you know and to know what you don’t know, that is the real wisdom.

Knowing things help but implementing is what it counts. Utilize your knowledge to propel forward in the journey and when motivation fades, nurture your will to move with courage.

Courage is what helps you to pursue what you want.

The tough situation demands the courage to overcome them. Winners & Losers are set apart during tough scenarios. The willingness to carry on, even when every part of your body is set to give up. Courage is what counts in pursuit of your goal.

Sometimes, frustration overpowers our zeal to prevail. Perseverance is what it counts in the long run to make an impact.

NEVER GIVE UP.
