यस्त्विन्द्रियाणि मनसा नियम्यारभतेऽर्जुन |
कर्मेन्द्रियै: कर्मयोगमसक्त: स विशिष्यते || 7||

But, O Arjuna, one who controls his senses by his mind, and engages the working senses in working without attachment, is by far superior.

Bhagavad-Gita-Chp-3-Verse-7-Shloka-HBR-Patel

Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains to Arjuna that one who performs the action without any attachment and can control his senses with his mind is superior than the hypocrite who does not perform any action yet is attached to the senses through his mind as he is unable to control the senses with his mind.

In this karma yoga, it is said that the one who performs his righteous action without being attached to the rewards is superior that who are just cheating to be renunciate avoiding actions. When our body and mind wants something or desires something tremendously, we are not able to excel in the spiritual journey.
