कर्म ब्रह्मोद्भवं विद्धि ब्रह्माक्षरसमुद्भवम् |

One should understand that actions originate out of the Vedas, and the Vedas are directly manifested from the Bhagwan. Therefore all-pervading Bhagwan is eternally present in the acts of sacrifice/Yajna.

Bhagavad-Gita-Chp-3-Verse-15-Shloka-HBR-Patel

Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains to Arjuna that all the duties that we have to perform are laid down in the Vedas itself and the source of origin of these Vedas is the Supreme Bhagwan. The four Vedas, that guides us in this life to have a better eternal existence after this temporal existence, emanated from the breath of God. The four Vedas: Ṛig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sāma Veda, Atharva Veda, all originated from the Bhagwan.

The duties prescribed in the Vedas is indirectly given by the Bhagwan itself and this can help us rise above to excel in our spiritual life. The duties of the human as mentioned in the Vedas are such that it helps the human in performing their material duty well and at the same time helps them detach with those actions and their results.

By performing the actions laid down in the Vedas, the Bhagwan is ever-present while we are performing those sacrificial actions. Thus, Supreme Bhagwan is always present when we are performing our duties/yajnas.
