Therefore, one who has fully subdued his senses from their objects, O mighty armed Arjuna, is firmly established in perfect knowledge.
Shri Krishna addresses Arjuna as the Mahabahoo which means Mighty Armed one to indicate that Arjuna has conquered many battles and valiantly fought many battles to emerge victorious.
As he has won many outside battles, now he has to win the inner battles that is to be fought valiantly.
Arjuna was suffering due to inner turmoil and now he has to fight the battle within to emerge out of the misery.
Bhagwan Shri Krishna points out to Arjuna that the one who is firmly established in the transcendental knowledge has fully subdued all of his senses from the sense object.
One must restrain all of his senses from the sensual pleasure to attain the state of equanimity.
