When one attains the precious and divine grace of the Ultimate Personality, all of his sorrows are destroyed and the intellect of such a person of tranquil mind soon becomes firmly established in spiritual intelligence.

Bhagavad-Gita-Chp-2-Verse-65-Shloka-HBR-Patel

Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains to Arjuna that what happens when one attains the grace of the Almighty. The sorrows that become the source of unlimited miseries are ultimately destroyed by the divine mercy of the Bhagwan.

By attaining the ultimate grace of the Bhagwan, our natural tendencies to gain, experience, and enjoy the sensual pleasures via the sensual object are neutralized. With no desire to engage in the sensory pleasure and free of all the miseries by the divine grace of the Bhagwan, the joyous or tranquil mind of such a person is firmly established in the spiritual intelligence.

With no experience about divine bliss, we attach the source of happiness to materialistic objects and sensual pleasures. But when one experiences the taste of divine bliss, all of his false perceptions about sensual pleasures are destroyed. His tranquil mind is thus firmly established in the fact that only Bhagwan is the source of Ultimate bliss. Thus, his calm mind becomes firmly established in spiritual intelligence.
