Bhagavad-Gita-Chp-2-Verse-53-Shloka-HBR-Patel

Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains to Arjuna the true path to attain equanimity. Till now Arjun is confused with many ways and many paths to attain the heaven and the paths that should not be taken or else will lead to hell. The false notions are still hindering Arjuna to see the Ultimate Truth and work in accordance with that wisdom.

Bhagwan Shri Krishna explains to the Arjuna the true method to attain the state of yoga where one is always in the state of equanimity no matter the situations around them. In this state, our mind slowly begins losing interest in the material objects to attain detachment. The unawareness is replaced by a constant awareness of the self and the supreme.

As in the state of equanimity, we are in constant connections with the divine and eternal essence and that connection help us stay in equanimity at all time. The mind attains a state of total equilibrium and that state is called the Samadhi where one is steadfast in the higher consciousness and unmoved by material allurements. This state is the culmination of one’s spiritual journey, Perfect Yoga.
