भोगैश्वर्यप्रसक्तानां तयापहृतचेतसाम् |
व्यवसायात्मिका बुद्धि: समाधौ न विधीयते || 44||

Those whose minds are extremely attached to worldly pleasure and enjoyments, who are bewildered by these things, do not possess a determined intellect to concentrate their mind on the Supreme Lord.

Bhagwan Shri Krishna speaks about the ones that have endless desires for materialistic pleasures and opulence. The mind of such individuals is always wandering and they are not able to concentrate on the path of the Bhagwan.

The material desire always keeps them on the edge and their actions are directed towards the attainment of those materials and pleasure. Their mind is attached to the sensual pleasures and their actions are always to fulfill their desires. They are attracted to the flowery words and endure to attain the materialistic pleasure and enjoy them. This effort of theirs is based on the false notion that they will one day their heart will be satisfied…
