Don’t yield to this unmanliness, this is not worthy of you, O Paartha(son of Prtha). Give up such petty weakness of heart and arise, O chastiser of enemies.
Arjuna is addressed as Paartha, the son of Prithaa(Kunit) who was the sister of Shri Krishna’s father Vasudev. Bhagwan reminds this to Arjun to point out the noble lineage that Arjun was from and to highlight the fact that by giving up his righteous duty to fight, he would be abandoning his Kshatriya Dharma.
Shri Krishna points out that this unmanliness is not worthy of Arjuna. He is one of the best warriors and this unmanly behavior of his is not befitting. Shri Krishna inspires Arjuna to arise by giving up the weakness of his heart and get ready to fulfill his duty as a Kshatriya.
To motivate Arjuna and to remind him of his strength and power, Shri Krishna addresses Arjuna as the ‘chastiser of enemies.’ Arjuna is the destroyer of the enemies and thus he should discard all the weakness that has sought refuge in his heart and rise above that to fight for Dharma.
Shri Krishna reminds Arjuna that all the emotion that he is experiencing is just a delusion and he should discard those to rise above it and to perform what is his righteous duty.
