O Partha, one who knows the soul to be imperishable, eternal, unborn, and undeteriorating; how does that person can kill anyone or cause anyone to kill?

Bhagavad-Gita-Chp-2-Verse-21-Shloka-HBR-Patel

Bhagwan Shri Krishna enlightens Arjuna with the eternal wisdom that will help him perform his duty. Bhagwan Shri Krishna says that one who knows that the soul is indestructible, unborn, and unmodifiable also knows that no one is able to cease the existence of the soul.

Who can kill the eternal soul that is indestructible?

Who can one cause to be killed as the true self of ours i.e. soul is eternal and indestructible.

Can anyone be the agent of the destruction/death of the immortal soul?

No. None can do that.

By highlighting this, Bhagwan Shri Krishna is trying to uplift Arjuna from the ignorance of the eternal
