नासतो विद्यते भावो नाभावो विद्यते सत: |
उभयोरपि दृष्टोऽन्तस्त्वनयोस्तत्त्वदर्शिभि: || 16||

Of the nonexistent, there is no endurance, and of the existent, there is no cessation. This has verily been observed by the seers of the truth, after studying the nature of both.

This shloka highlights one of the most important wisdom that can help us put things into perspective. It helps us understand the true nature of ourselves and that of the physical body that we have been given in this materialistic world.

Shri Krishna Bhagwan explains the difference between Sat(real) and Asat(unreal). Our body that is unreal is constantly changing with the onslaught of time, cell by cell. The body undergoes constant changes and thus it is temporary.
