There are personalities like yourself, Bhisma, Karna, Kripa, Asvatthama, Vikarna and the son of Somadatta called Bhurisrava, who are always victorious in battle.
The description of the great fighters present in the battlefield of the Kurushektra continues. Duryodhan knows his Army very well and this shloka proves the point. He is confident that the great warrior that he is mentioning have always emerged victorious in their every encounter so they will be victorious in this endeavor too.
He mentions Vikarna, who is the brother of Duryodhana and Asvatthama, the son of Dronacarya. He also remembers Kripacharya. He also mentions Saumadatti, or Bhurisrava, who is the son of the King of the Bahlikas and he also mentions his best friend Karna, the half brother of Arjuna, as he was born of Kunti before her marriage with King Pandu.
